Privacy policy

This policy explains what CreatorCalc processes when you use the site and what it deliberately does not collect.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Calculator inputs

Calculator inputs and results are processed locally in your browser. CreatorCalc does not require an account and does not send the exact revenue, view, subscriber, engagement, sponsorship, cost, or valuation figures you enter to our analytics provider. Refreshing or closing the page clears the current calculation unless your browser itself preserves a form value.

Usage analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, navigation, calculator usage, broad input ranges, result categories, FAQ engagement, and technical performance. Exact calculator values are converted into broad privacy buckets before an event is sent. Analytics may also process device and browser information, referring pages, approximate location derived from an IP address, and cookie or device identifiers as described by Google.

We use this information to maintain the site, find broken experiences, and decide which tools need clearer explanations. We do not use calculator inputs to identify an individual or sell personal information. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or a content-blocking tool. Google provides additional controls in its Analytics opt-out browser add-on and account privacy settings.

Advertising and cookies

CreatorCalc may use Google AdSense after the site is approved. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies based on a visitor's previous visits to this or other websites to serve and measure ads. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to provide personalized advertising where consent and applicable law allow it. Visitors can manage personalized ads through Google's Ads Settings. Where required, an approved consent mechanism will be shown before advertising storage or personalized advertising is enabled.

Advertising, if enabled, is visually labelled and kept separate from calculator controls and navigation. Missing or invalid advertising configuration is not rendered as an empty ad area.

Technical logs and external links

Our hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request logs such as IP address, request time, requested path, user agent, response status, and security signals. These logs are used for availability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Links to external websites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Retention, requests, and changes

Service providers retain data according to their settings and policies. We keep operational information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Contact us at privacy@hearttingting.top with a privacy request. We may update this notice when tools, providers, or legal requirements change; the date above shows the latest revision.
